GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Deusmed® boasts excellent microbicidal performance and broad-spectrum activity against bacteria, fungi, viruses, yeasts and
Spores, including C. difficile spores.

The absence of alcohol makes the formulation perfectly suited for use in hospitals, nursing homes, (long-term) care facilities and similar institutions.

Due to its significantly improved handling and fire safety compared to alcohol-based products, it is also recommended for use in restaurants, food processing plants, public buildings and schools.
Deusmed® disinfection is effective against non-enveloped and enveloped human viruses, including virus families such as
Corona-Viridae / Sars-CoV-2 and all human and animal influenza viruses.

VIRUCICILIC PROPERTIES
The disinfectant Deusmed® meets the requirement of "limited virucidal plus", according to the definition of the working group.
"Virucidal" according to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the DVV expert group "Virus Disinfection," and the DGHM Disinfection Commission. It kills all viruses and spores and remains effective even under heavy organic contamination and all water conditions.

Active ingredients:
Didecyldimethylammonium chloride <1.0%, alkyl(C12-16)dimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride <1.0%

The product was tested by the VAH (Association for Applied Hygiene) and was listed in the VAH register from July 27, 2021, to July 27, 2024. The manufacturer subsequently decided not to renew the listing. However, the product remains identical to the previously listed product and continues to meet all the criteria that led to its inclusion in the VAH register on July 27, 2021.
The Deusmed disinfectants in our product range were manufactured and bottled during the period of VAH listing. Therefore, these products continue to carry the status of "VAH certification".
